Trump Organization Sought to Hire Almost 200 Workers on Visas in 2025
Donald Trump’s corporate entity accelerated its recruitment of foreign workers on short-term work permits this period, while his government was creating barriers for other businesses wanting to do the identical, an analysis released Thursday stated.

Notably, Trump was criticized by some in the GOP this period for remarks justifying the necessity for overseas employees when a company was unable to find people with “specific talents” to fill certain positions.
“You cannot just say a country is coming in, going to spend billions to build a plant, and going to take people off an unemployment line who haven’t worked in years, and they’re going to start producing their missiles. It doesn’t work that effectively,” he told a interviewer after she suggested that overseas employees undercut the wages of US workers.
The White House refused a request for response, and the Trump Organization did not provide an answer to an request for information.
